Egnyte is hiring a Sr. GTM Demand Programs & Analytics Manager in Raleigh, NC (Hybrid). The role focuses on owning playbooks that guide sellers to build pipeline and on sales incentive programs that drive measurable results.

• 6+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, GTM analytics, or demand generation in B2B SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, CS, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM demand playbooks end to end and refresh reports and messaging behind them.
• Own and optimize sales incentive programs, forecast, track adoption, and coordinate payouts.
• Act as a power user in Salesforce CRM: reports, campaigns, list views, and field logic to power territory planning.
