SHI International Corp. is seeking a Sr. Director - GTM & Marketing Strategy to lead go-to-market and marketing programs that drive revenue growth.

You will partner with executive leaders across solution practices to shape strategy, prioritize investments, and ensure scalable execution. You will leverage advanced analytics, market insights, and AI-driven insights to inform decisions, build executive-level narratives, and establish KPI frameworks that tie GTM activities to measurable business

Formación

• Expertise in developing and executing GTM and marketing strategies.
• Ability to synthesize market data into actionable exec-level recommendations.
• Experience leading transformation initiatives and large cross-functional programs.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the strategic vision for GTM and marketing programs.
• Shape strategic planning, investment allocation, and prioritization of initiatives.
• Drive enterprise alignment across marketing, sales, and operations.
