Job summary

Egnyte is seeking a Sr. GTM Demand Programs & Analytics Manager in a hybrid role based in Draper, UT or Raleigh, NC, with remote options. You will own go-to-market demand programs, build AI-enabled analytics, and partner with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to drive pipeline growth.

The role emphasizes Salesforce, SQL, Tableau, and data automation to create scalable, repeatable systems for demand generation and sales enablement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, GTM analytics, or demand generation in B2B SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience designing or analyzing sales incentive programs and measuring their impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the playbooks end-to-end and drive messaging behind them.
• Own the sales incentive program lifecycle and forecasting.
• Act as a power user in Sales Cloud: reports, campaigns, and logic for territory planning.
• Build datasets with SQL, Salesforce reports, and Tableau; turn data into insights.
• Lead with AI-driven automation to replace manual processes.
• Partner with RevOps, IT, and Sales leaders to implement improvements.
• Collaborate across GTM functions with global teams; travel limited.
