Job summary

Phreesia is seeking a Go-To-Market Manager for its AI Demand Generation team. This fully remote role (EST/CST US or Canada) owns end-to-end multi-channel campaigns, collaborates with SDRs, Sales and Product, and drives revenue through data-driven, personalized marketing at scale.

You’ll work with Marketo, Salesforce, and AI outreach tools to orchestrate campaigns, launch new products, and continuously optimize strategy across net-new and base accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in B2B demand generation or GTM roles.
• Experience with multi-channel campaigns and revenue marketing.
• Familiarity with healthcare SaaS or long-cycle B2B is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own campaign strategy and execution.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns across defined account segments.
• Bring new products to market with GTM plays.
• Create content and messaging for target personas.
• Personalize touchpoints with AI-driven tools.
• Coordinate across Demand Gen, SDR, Sales, and Client Success.
• Partner on Marketo, lead routing, and Salesforce tracking.
• Analyze results and optimize campaigns.
