ClickUp is seeking a Staff Analyst for GTM Revenue to empower revenue leaders with sharper, faster decisions. You will partner across Sales and Customer Success to turn data into practical insight, build dashboards, and drive AI‑enabled workflows that optimize pipeline, segmentation, and productivity.

The role requires 5+ years in analytics or revenue operations, strong SQL/Python skills, and experience delivering executive‑ready insights in a SaaS environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in analytics, strategy & operations, or revenue ops supporting go‑to‑market teams.
• Advanced SQL and Python with judgement on use for analysis and automation.
• Experience building dashboards, models, and KPI frameworks for decisions.
• Experience supporting Sales, Customer Success, or Revenue Ops in SaaS tech.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with GTM leaders to frame questions, prioritize analyses, and translate findings into recommendations.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting layers for Sales, CS, and related motions.
• Analyze pipeline health, segmentation, conversion, retention, and productivity trends.
• Develop forecasting and scenario planning models to inform decisions.
• Use SQL and Python to extract and analyze data from multiple systems.
• Identify workflows ripe for automation and AI-assisted analysis.
