Job summary

Elios, Inc. is seeking a Senior GTM Engineer to embed AI into client CRM data and revenue workflows. You will diagnose systems, define practical AI-enabled paths, and lead builds that move from concept to production.

This remote US contract role offers 40 hours per week on a W-2 basis with potential contract-to-hire. You will collaborate with a senior team, advise on GTM processes, and occasionally travel for kickoff sessions, while delivering concrete improvements to CRM-driven revenue

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI with CRM platforms.
• Proven track record shipping AI CRM workflows into production.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and judgment.
• Daily use of agentic development tools.
• Excellent client communication and ownership of technical decisions.
• Sales/GT M/RevOps background preferred.
• External client delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical diagnosis of client GTM systems, CRM data, and workflows.
• Design and build AI-powered CRM workflows.
• Own execution of builds with production-grade AI.
• Explain options and progress to clients in plain language.
• Use agentic development tools daily.
• Support up to two diagnostic engagements at once.
• Occasional travel for client kickoffs; fully remote otherwise.
