Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Corporate GSOC Operations Manager in Seattle to lead global security monitoring and incident management across a 24x7 operation. You will manage diverse teams, drive performance through KPIs, and coordinate escalation with stakeholders to ensure a secure and resilient enterprise environment.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate cross-functional priorities; travel up to 10% domestically and internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in high-volume, high-intensity environments such as security operations centers or crisis management.
• Experience in Incident Management, Threat Management, Corporate Investigations, or related fields.
• Experience drafting, editing, and publishing incident reports and security alerts.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage diverse teams responsible for remote security monitoring and incident management globally.
• Oversee drafting and publication of written products with quality management.
• Track and manage KPIs to ensure performance in line with service delivery standards.
• Manage competing priorities and allocate resources; escalate as needed.
• Maintain SLAs to ensure consistent service delivery across levels.
• Prepare metric reviews and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in regular operational reviews and reporting with stakeholders.
• Nurture leadership skills and facilitate team discussions.
