Job summary

Rhythm Energy Inc. is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to lead Website Growth, CRO, and enrollment optimization. You will own the optimization roadmap, partner with Analytics, Engineering, and Marketing to drive measurable improvements in conversions and acquisition.

You will design, run, and interpret experiments, leverage GA4, GTM, BigQuery, and CMS tools to speed up tests, improve performance, and scale revenue across digital experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in web growth, CRO, or growth product management.
• Proven record of website optimization improving conversions.
• Hands-on experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests.
• Fluent in web analytics and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own the website optimization roadmap for conversions and enrollments.
• Improve landing pages, navigation, pricing, and enrollment flows.
• Analyze funnel performance to identify friction and growth.
• Lead landing-page updates with CMS tools.
• Design experiments with hypotheses, tests, and measurement.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Engineering, Marketing for tracking and attribution.
