GetResponse is seeking a T-shaped Growth Marketer to identify and drive opportunities to improve acquisition and conversion across the website and campaigns. The role blends data, UX, CRO, content and messaging to turn insights into experiments and measurable results.

You will shape how our website communicates value, structures key journeys and helps users move toward the next step, collaborating with PPC, Design, Analytics, Product and Sales teams.

Formación

• Proven experience driving acquisition and conversion improvements.
• Ability to shape website and messaging for conversion optimization.
• Experience delivering multi-channel acquisition campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and continuously improve the website from a customer journey and conversion perspective.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve acquisition and conversion across the customer journey.
• Own acquisition campaigns from strategy through execution, measurement and iteration.
• Define campaign audiences, messaging, journeys and channel mix.
• Develop and run CRO and growth experiments with clear hypotheses.
• Use customer research and data to understand drivers of conversion.
