The role requires 8+ years of PM experience, strong MarTech/SEO analytics, and a data-driven approach to decision making. Remote work within the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience focused on traffic growth and revenue.
• Experience partnering with marketing executives on acquisition goals and budgets.
• Strong understanding of MarTech, SEO, attribution, and personalized journeys.
• Proven data-driven decision making and experimentation track record.

Responsibilities

• Analyze traffic and market data to identify growth opportunities and build business cases.
• Align executives around acquisition strategies and measurable growth objectives.
• Oversee CPC bidding engine, API integrations, attribution systems, and fraud controls.
• Own traffic channels, ROAS targets, and optimization for broader marketplace.
• Collaborate on long-term growth technology roadmap with engineering.
• Lead experiments across customer journeys and onboarding improvements.
• Mentor PMs and cross-functional partners in growth strategy and execution.
