Jobgether in the United States seeks a Senior Product Manager II to drive traffic growth and user acquisition across a multi-brand digital ecosystem. You’ll own key growth channels, partner with Marketing, SEO, and Engineering, and lead data-driven experimentation.

You will mentor other product managers, define the growth roadmap, and collaborate with executives to invest in scalable strategies that boost ROAS and retention. Remote work within the US is supported.

Competenze

• At least 8 years in product management focused on traffic growth and revenue.
• Experience working with marketing executives and acquisition budgets.
• Deep MarTech, SEO, paid media attribution, and programmatic pages.
• Strong analytics, user behavior modeling, and experimentation methods.
• Translate data into product strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

• Analyze traffic performance, behavior, and market insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Align executives around acquisition strategies, priorities, and measurable goals.
• Oversee CPC bidding, API integrations, attribution systems, and click-quality controls.
• Own traffic channels, including growth strategies for ROAS and marketplace traffic.
• Define and execute the long-term growth technology roadmap with Engineering.
• Lead experiments across experiences and onboarding journeys based on data.
• Identify bottlenecks and help product teams make data-driven decisions.
• Coach product managers and cross-functional partners to strengthen growth practices.
• Define, monitor, and report key growth metrics like CAC, LTV, and retention.
• Continuously optimize channels and journeys to improve traffic quality and conversion.
