Job summary

Airwallex is hiring a Senior Manager, Growth Systems & Campaign Operations in San Francisco to lead high‑velocity AMER marketing campaigns. You will own Marketo programs, deliverability, and post‑event outreach while bridging regional teams with global MarTech architecture.

You will build landing pages, templates, and automation, working closely with SDRs, sales, and operations to accelerate campaign velocity and improve conversion across the funnel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Marketing Operations or Campaign Production experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS/Fintech
• Advanced Marketo program builds, smart lists, forms, landing pages, and tokens
• Experience with secondary domain setups, DNS configurations, and cold outreach sequencers (Smartlead, Instantly, Outreach)
• Hands-on HTML/CSS knowledge for email/landing page template editing
• Experience with Salesforce, Clay, ChiliPiper, Zoom Webinar, and Sendoso

Responsibilities

• Act as the regional AMER operator for marketing campaigns—building Marketo email programs, forms, landing pages, and dynamic retargeting
• Build and maintain enterprise domain infrastructure and deliverability workflows
• Own end-to-end event infrastructure (Zoom/ON24 to Marketo syncing; form mapping; non-registrant list builds; automation with gift cards)
• Configure post-event outreach sequences in Outreach/Salesloft and perform pre-launch QA
• Template engineering: develop responsive HTML/CSS email and landing page templates across Mutiny personalization experiences
• Deliverability audits, tracking QA, and maintaining list hygiene and UTMs
