Job summary

Airwallex seeks a Senior Manager, Startup Marketing to own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for attracting and nurturing startups and VC ecosystems. You’ll operate with high autonomy in a 0-to-1 role, building a community of founders, accelerators, and partners while tying campaigns directly to pipeline and revenue targets.

Based in San Francisco, you will lead multi-channel demand generation, events, digital programs, and influencer engagement to accelerate Airwallex adoption among startups

Qualifications

• 10+ years of growth or startup marketing experience in B2B contexts.
• Full-stack execution spanning events and digital campaigns.
• Autonomous operator with a proactive, action-oriented mindset.
• History of owning full funnel metrics (enrollments, pipeline, revenue).
• Strong relationship management with VC partners and startup founders.

Responsibilities

• Own Go-to-Market planning and launch multi-touch, integrated demand-generation campaigns.
• Build awareness and community through VC partnerships and founder events.
• Scale startup digital footprint across owned and paid channels.
• Activate startup influencers and advocates to amplify Airwallex’s story.
• Create automated nurture and outbound campaigns to convert pipeline.
• Track performance and report funnel impact to leadership.
