Google LLC seeks a high-impact sales leader to drive growth for small- and medium-sized businesses. You’ll build trusted client relationships, translate business needs into Google advertising solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quantifiable outcomes.

You will manage a portfolio, pursue growth opportunities, and mentor teams while shaping the future of advertising in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
• Ability to travel to the office for customer meetings, team meetings and training, as required.
• Master's degree in a business related field preferred.
• Experience launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, especially Google Ads and other platforms.
• Experience ensuring client success via sales techniques including questioning, objection handling, and engaged selling.
• Experience with channel sales, advertisers, agencies, or clients.
• Ability to manage a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with clients virtually or face to face, meeting daily with multiple clients and understanding their business issues.
• Plan for and achieve growth goals, including quarterly growth and productivity, by presenting Google advertising products/solutions.
• Own a portfolio of medium- and large-size businesses, identify growth opportunities, manage risks, and build multi-quarter plans.
• Develop data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations aligned with customer goals and quantify opportunities.
• Build in-depth knowledge of how Google advertising products work to help customers.
