Qualifications
- 10+ years in social strategy and creator strategy
- Led integrated, multi-brand or enterprise programs
- Translates business goals into integrated social/creator strategies
- Experience with global expansion and local-market adaptation
- Developed creator commercialization or emerging business models
- Strong executive communication and influencing skills
- Experience with AI-enabled tools and automation
Responsibilities
- Determine how to win with creators and social and turn it into a narrative that sells the strategy and investment
- Shape the portfolio of creator and social investments across brands and markets
- Own global expansion and cross-brand integration for localization and scale
- Champion creator business models including affiliate monetization and creator-owned audiences
- Integrate strategy across brand-level leads and enterprise opportunities
- Support measurement and use data to strengthen strategy across owned/paid/earned
- Counsel senior leaders and lead agencies at strategy and creative levels
- Lead and develop a team of five or more and raise leadership capability
