You will connect business goals to enterprise-level programs, spanning partnerships, content, and monetization, while scaling high-impact storytelling and cross-market delivery.

You will drive global expansion, lead a team of five+, influence senior leaders, and leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic investments and performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior-level experience in social and creator strategy.
• Experience leading global enterprise programs and cross-brand strategies.
• Ability to translate business objectives into integrated social/creator plans with data-backed recommendations.
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead creator and social strategy across brands.
• Identify opportunities for affiliate monetization, partnerships, and new revenue models.
• Scale creator-led storytelling across markets and paid social channels.
• Collaborate with cross-brand teams to align investments and portfolio strategy.
• Mentor and develop a team of five or more while raising leadership standards.
