Job summary

Expedia Group in West Hollywood is seeking a Senior Growth & Strategic Initiatives Manager to shape creator and social strategies across brands. You will connect business strategy with enterprise opportunities, champion creator-led storytelling, and scale cross-brand assets for growth and paid social channels.

Lead a team of five+ while partnering with senior leaders to drive measurable impact, explore new monetization models, and integrate data-driven insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in social and creator strategy, with enterprise scope
• Led integrated, multi-brand or global programs and coached brand leads
• Translated business objectives into integrated social/creator/partnership strategies with data-backed buy-in
• Owned global expansion and local-market adaptation, scaling creator assets
• Developed creator monetization and emerging business models (affiliate, loyalty, partnerships)

Responsibilities

• Define how to win with creators and social and turn into a compelling story
• Shape the portfolio of creator & social investments across cultures and regions
• Own global expansion and cross-brand integration for localization and scale
• Champion creator business models (affiliate, commerce, loyalty, partnerships)
• Integrate brand-level creator strategies with cross-brand opportunities
• Support measurement with data and performance signals for storytelling
• Counsel senior leaders and influence across functions; lead agencies at strategy/creative levels
• Build scalable decision frameworks and AI-enabled workflows
• Lead and develop a team of five or more with elevated leadership standards
