Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Growth & Strategic Initiatives Manager to lead the next chapter of creator and social at the company. You will connect macro business strategy with brand-level creator efforts, driving integration across brands and markets to scale high-impact initiatives.

You will mobilize, scale, and measure creator-led strategies, partnering with senior leaders to ensure alignment with business goals and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior-level experience in social and creator strategy
• Experience leading integrated, multi-brand or enterprise programs
• Ability to translate business objectives into integrated social/creator strategies
• Experience with creator amplification and measurement across owned, paid, and earned channels
• Built and led teams with strong operating systems and talent development

Responsibilities

• Determine how to win with creators and social and turn that into a compelling narrative
• Shape the enterprise portfolio of creator and social investments and decide what to fund, scale, or decline
• Own global expansion and cross-brand integration; scale assets for growth and paid social channels
• Champion and scale creator business models including affiliate monetization and creator commerce
• Integrate across brand-level creator leads with cross-brand and enterprise opportunities
• Support measurement and use data to strengthen strategies and tell a compelling story of impact
• Counsel senior leaders and influence across marketing, communications, and other teams; lead agencies at strategy/creative levels
• Lead and develop a team of five or more and raise strategic standards
