Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Growth Sites-Front End Engineering Program Manager to lead end-to-end FE engineering value across multiple growth sites. This role translates vision into actionable plans and guides cross-functional teams through Quote, Engineering, and Release stages, delivering a unified roadmap and KPI set.

The candidate will helm a multi-site program within IT Operations & Enterprise PMO, coordinating with CI, digital and operations to scale proven solutions site-to-site and drive

Qualifications

• Lead complex programs from vision to execution.
• Own end-to-end Front-End Engineering value stream (Quote → Engineering → Release).
• Coordinate multi-site delivery across Growth Sites.
