Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Growth Sites-Front End Engineering Program Manager. This role can sit in Raleigh, NC, or other listed locations, and will own the end-to-end Front-End Engineering value stream across growth sites.

You will translate strategic vision into executable plans, partnering with CI, Digital, and Operations teams to drive cross-site delivery with a single roadmap and KPI framework. This role emphasizes scalable, repeatable work across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; master's preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in program management or a related role.

Responsibilities

• Translate business vision into executable program plans and guide their delivery.
• Own end-to-end Front-End Engineering value stream across multiple sites with one roadmap and KPI set.
• Develop plans and strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead cross-site delivery, managing KPIs, milestones, and budget across Growth Sites.
• Coordinate with CI, Digital, and Operations teams to align program initiatives.
• Govern standard work and arbitrate dependencies across value streams to enable scaling.
