Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s Growth Sites – Digital Manufacturing IT program is seeking an expert-level Senior Program Manager to shepherd end-to-end transformation across Production, MES, Quality and Performance. This role reports into IT Operations & Enterprise PMO and coordinates across multiple growth sites to scale a unified digital manufacturing backbone.

Candidates will bring 10+ years in program management, strong leadership, and experience with MES and analytics platforms.
