Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Growth Sites-Front End Engineering Program Manager to sit at one of several locations. You will own end-to-end Front-End Engineering across Growth sites, driving one roadmap, KPI set, and outcome story to scale proven solutions across sites.

The role requires 10+ years of program management experience, advanced leadership, and the ability to collaborate with CI, Digital, and operations teams to deliver a seamless, scalable digital backbone including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in program management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of program management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• PM certification preferred (PMP or PgMP).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead and manage complex program activities across IT portfolio.
• Coordinate cross-site value-stream delivery and KPIs.
• Communicate program initiatives and their impact to stakeholders.
• Partner with CI and Digital IT delivery teams to organize work and deliver the front-end backbone.
