Trafilea seeks a Senior Retention Marketing Leader to own the lifecycle strategy across its brands, Shapermint and Truekind. You design Welcome, transactional, Winback and Sunset flows and build a cohesive, data-driven program to drive engagement and repeat purchases.

You will define quarterly OKRs, partner with Data Science, IT, Growth and Creative teams, and lead initiatives to maximize revenue, LTV, and CAC efficiency in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building and executing retention marketing strategies in digital-first environments.
• 5+ years in leadership roles leading cross-functional teams across Marketing, Creative, Data, and Technology.
• Deep expertise in CRM, lifecycle marketing, segmentation and customer engagement.
• Advanced English; Spanish, SQL, Data Science or analytics tools are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the retention strategy across Shapermint and Truekind, leading Email, SMS, Push, and WhatsApp.
• Design end-to-end Welcome, transactional, Winback and Sunset flows.
• Build an integrated multi-channel strategy to boost engagement and repurchase while reducing fatigue.
• Define quarterly OKRs and retention roadmaps prioritizing initiatives with high impact.
• Own retention performance metrics including revenue, conversion, repurchase and LTV/CAC.
• Lead experimentation and optimization using behavioral data and A/B testing.
• Drive cross-functional execution with Data Science, Creative, IT, Growth and other teams.
