Job summary

HireHi is seeking a remote-first Growth/Retention Marketing leader to own retention metrics, design lifecycle communications, and run experiments across email, push, and in-app messages. You will build data-driven strategies to reduce churn and improve LTV in a global e-commerce context.

You will collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams, applying AI-driven insights to personalise journeys and scale CRM/CDP-driven programmes. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in retention, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or growth.
• Ability to independently build funnels, segment audiences, and interpret A/B test results.
• Hands-on experience with analytics and automation tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Braze, Customer.io, Intercom, or similar platforms.
• Practical day-to-day use of AI tools for data analysis, communication development, and insight discovery.
• Experience with e-commerce and/or marketplaces.
• B2+ English.

Responsibilities

• Own, track, analyse, and improve product retention metrics, including Day 1 / Day 7 / Day 30 retention, churn rate, LTV, and related KPIs.
• Develop lifecycle communications across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, onboarding flows, and reactivation campaigns.
• Build and validate hypotheses through A/B testing, behavioural analytics, and qualitative research.
• Identify churn and drop-off points across the user journey and propose practical solutions.
• Align acquisition and retention strategies with product, marketing, and analytics teams.
• Use AI tools for data analysis, communication personalisation, and hypothesis generation and prioritisation.
• Design personalised user engagement journeys based on segmentation and behavioural data.
• Scale retention programmes using CRM/CDP platforms and automation tools.
