Job summary

Evolve is hiring a Senior Product Designer to own top-of-funnel experiences, working across acquisition surfaces and onboarding. You’ll lead end-to-end design from landing pages to PLG tools, balancing data curiosity with visual craft in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.

You’ll collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to improve conversions, reduce drop-offs, and accelerate lead-to-owner signups while maintaining a strong user experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Design experience with a strong portfolio showing landing and campaign pages, onboarding flows, and conversion wins at high-growth B2C, B2B, or tech-enabled services companies.
• Conversion without sacrificing craft: ability to build high-performing pages or flows and explain why they work.
• Builder skillset: mastery of visual, interaction, responsive design and web performance; comfortable iterating with engineers and PMs.
• Builder tech stack: work in codebase with Github and AI coding agents; set up tests with feature flags and experimentation tools.
• Experimental rigor: comfortable using funnel metrics, A/B testing, cohort analysis and qualitative insights to justify design choices.
• High-performance mindset: customer-obsessed, fast, growth-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Acquisition & Conversion Flows: Design top-of-funnel landing pages and templates to enable testing, qualification flows, PLG tools, and onboarding experiences.
• Growth Strategy: Partner with product, performance marketing, and product marketing to lift conversions without lowering lead quality.
• Hypothesis-driven experimentation: Prototype and ship tests quickly with AI-native workflows to reduce CPL and CPMQL while improving signups.
• Scalable Product Architecture: Design modular landing page templates and CMS components for rapid launch by Growth and marketing partners.
• Solve from First Principles: Use funnel data, stakeholder feedback, and user research to reduce dropoffs and improve retention.
• Autonomy & Outcome Ownership: Use data and feedback to optimize the full customer journey across web and mobile.
