Job summary

Evolve is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the Pro roadmap end-to-end, connecting acquisition, onboarding, day-to-day operations, and retention into a cohesive product strategy. You will partner with Commercial, Design, Engineering, and other teams to translate complex customer needs into scalable product capabilities.

You’ll lead discovery, define vision, prioritize tradeoffs, and set success metrics, balancing customer priorities with platform constraints.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of product management experience.
• Experience owning strategy and delivery for complex products.
• Experience building for B2B or B2B2C customers.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into a roadmap.
• Proven ability to align senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Pro product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Understand portfolio operators and HOAs and how they evaluate providers.
• Improve end-to-end onboarding and renewal processes.
• Shape modular product capabilities to avoid one-off development.
• Prioritize work and explain tradeoffs to executives and teams.
• Partner with Commercial to define offerings and roadmap.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to build usable, scalable experiences.
• Establish success metrics and adjust roadmap based on data.
• Lead cross-functional discovery, delivery, launch, and iteration.
