Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building customer-facing software systems.
• Strong engineering fundamentals across frontend and backend.

• Comfort with data, analytics, experimentation, and attribution systems.
• Strong product instincts and customer empathy.

Responsibilities

• Develop systems that drive customer acquisition, activation, referral, and retention.
• Launch and iterate on growth experiments rapidly.
• Optimize onboarding funnels and conversion flows.
• Develop attribution systems and experimentation infrastructure.
• Build referral, promo, and rewards systems.
• Analyze customer behavior and funnel performance.
• Improve lifecycle messaging and engagement experiences.
• Partner with marketing and operations teams on customer acquisition initiatives.
