Job summary

Zipline in South San Francisco seeks a deeply experienced program leader to integrate cross-functional initiatives across growth, profitability, and operations. You will partner with the executive accountable for commercial decisions (DRI) to drive measurable business results and scale the autonomous delivery network.

This in-person role requires travel to operating metros and partner sites. The starting cash range is $200,000–$300,000, with equity, bonuses, and benefits potentially included

Qualifications

• 12+ years in senior operating/ program/ GM/ product/ strategy-and-operations roles with cross-company impact.
• Ability to influence without direct authority at executive level.
• Strong financial acumen with growth, pricing, capacity and unit economics focus.
• Proven ability to translate complex problems into crisp decisions and plans.
• Experience building lightweight operating mechanisms to drive ownership and speed.

Responsibilities

• Define program outcomes with the DRI and measure growth, adoption, capacity, service quality, utilization and unit economics.
• Own cross-program integration; expose dependencies, conflicts and gaps.
• Act as the DRI’s field deputy; drive day-to-day cross-functional decisions to closure.
• Lead at the seams; drive joint ownership and timely handoffs across functions.
• Create and maintain the program’s source of truth and communication systems across teams.
• Spend time with metro teams, operators, partners, and customers to validate plans against reality.
