Zipline, the worlds largest drone delivery service, is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst Intern to bolster its growing commercial team in our South San Francisco office. You will help make sales data more usable, scalable processes, and easier decisions, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance and other partners.

Qualifications

• Two years of undergraduate study in business, analytics, or a related field (bachelor’s, master’s, or MBA candidates eligible).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with data precision.
• Curiosity about how sales organizations operate and a willingness to learn new tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication to turn analysis into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Audit and enrich CRM records to improve data quality and reporting trust.
• Support pipeline, forecast, and funnel reporting; spot trends.
• Build account lists, market maps, and research briefs for prioritization.
• Document and improve sales processes like routing and lead handoffs.
• Coordinate cross‑functional Sales Ops initiatives with milestones and owners.
• Create dashboards, analyses, playbooks, and enablement materials.
• Identify repetitive work and explore automation or AI options.
