Job summary

Mailgun is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid advertising strategy across search, social, display, and video. You’ll manage six-figure+ budgets and drive scalable growth through PLG and sales-led funnels.

You’ll collaborate with the Mailgun marketing team, CRO, ABM, and creatives to optimize campaigns, landing pages, and assets while maintaining rigorous measurement and ROI.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or analytics.
• Expert knowledge of GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Search Console.
• Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and build reporting structures.
• Experience with B2B SaaS funnels, free trials, lifecycle conversion metrics, and LTV/CAC modeling.
• Hands-on ad copy testing and landing page optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across YouTube, Google Ads, Meta, Display, LinkedIn, and CTV.
• Lead testing roadmaps and optimize for CAC, ROAS, LTV.
• Collaborate with CRO and Creative Strategist to drive assets and UX improvements.
• Own digital ad performance scorecards and reporting cadence.
