Job summary

Allworth Financial seeks a Performance Marketing Manager to scale its digital acquisition engine. You will own day-to-day execution and optimization of paid campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels, translating performance goals into effective, measurable actions.

You will work with analytics to validate data, collaborate with agencies and creative teams, and maintain transparent reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Direct, hands-on experience running campaigns across SEM, paid social, and programmatic platforms.
• Working knowledge of analytics platforms to inform optimization decisions.
• Experience in either an agency or in-house marketing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset for interpreting performance data into optimizations.
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across search, paid social, and programmatic channels.
• Monitor campaign performance in real time and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Collaborate with external media agencies to ensure quality and alignment with goals.
• Work with creative to ensure on-brand, effective ad assets per channel.
• Partner with analytics to validate data and surface actionable insights using GA.
• Maintain accurate campaign tracking and reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with adjacent channels to ensure consistent messaging across the funnel.
