Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, construction management, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in business development, account management, or related discipline in construction/engineering.
• Hands-on experience implementing a CRM platform and driving team adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development with disciplined opportunity management, market expansion, and relationship development.
• Own CRM and pipeline reporting to executives, with data-driven insights.
• Develop target account strategies and collaborate across operations, estimating, and marketing.
