Job summary

Black Box is seeking a Sr. Business Development Manager/Director to lead the sales strategy for the Industrial Manufacturing sector within the Enterprise team in Plano, TX.

The role focuses on onboarding new logos, growing Net New revenues, and maintaining a healthy NN pipeline while leveraging a deep network in the industry. The candidate will own client relationships, define pursuit strategies, and collaborate with Delivery and Sales Ops to drive profitable growth across large IT outsourcing

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in IT-sector sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and onboarding new logos.
• Own and drive NN revenues; manage a healthy NN sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with vertical leaders and bid teams to position services and value propositions.
• Negotiate contracts and oversee bid and SOW drafting for契 contract closure.
• Coordinate and ensure high-quality delivery and financial performance of accounts.
