Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Orlando is seeking an ACS Training Systems Integration Senior Manager to shape the growth strategy for the ACS market segment within RMS TLS. This role leads a team to identify opportunities, manage the pipeline, and deepen customer engagement to drive domestic and international expansion.

You will oversee new business capture from identification to proposal, participate in NBF decisions, and coordinate with program management, engineering, contracts, and legal to align

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in BD, capture, or PM.
• Deep knowledge of Lockheed Martin win plan and capture processes.
• Experience with customer tracking, decision mapping, and competitive intelligence.
• Strong data presentation skills for senior/executive management.
• Experience leveraging stakeholder organizations: PM, Engineering, Contracts, ITC, Legal.
• Proven knowledge of DoD procurement environments and acquisition processes.
• Experience prioritizing funding decisions and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for the ACS market segment.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team to drive high performance.
• Oversee domestic and international opportunity pipeline and capture of new business.
• Develop customer engagement plans to build relationships and align solutions.
• Lead the new business capture process from identification to proposal submission.
• Participate in New Business Fund decision-making with strategic insights.
• Act as primary internal/external ACS contact with stakeholders to optimize solutions.
