Job summary

Lockheed Martin's Training, Logistics and Simulation Integrated Engineering organization seeks an Integrated Engineering Associate Manager with L-coded responsibility for a multi-disciplinary team that delivers innovative training solutions for ACS market.

The role carries overall accountability for program performance within the Rotary portfolio, spanning domestic and international programs, and requires guiding engineering teams across systems, software, hardware, and integration to meet cost,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering/technical discipline with 5+ years of experience.
Experience coaching and developing the critical skills of others.
Experience applying the Vee Process Model to fully develop and integrate a complex system.
Experience in the agile development of requirements, design, implementation, and test & acceptance phases of project life cycles.
CAM experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee program performance of the IE team across Rotary portfolio domestically and internationally.
Lead multi-disciplinary teams across Systems, Software, Hardware, and Integration & Test.
Drive life-cycle engineering activities with PM, customer, and cross-functional partners.
Employ data-driven methods to ensure quality, cost, and schedule targets.
Foster continuous improvement and automation within the organization.
