Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Orlando is seeking a Systems Engineer to support training systems development at the RMS TLS Lake Underhill facility. This full-time role requires 3+ years in systems engineering and a DoD Secret clearance.

You will collaborate with program leads, use MBSE tools like Cameo and DOORS, and contribute to model-based architecture, system integration, and design reviews while advancing training solutions for mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering with 3+ years of progressive experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance is required at the time of application.
• Experience with MBSE using Cameo and DOORS.
• Experience applying systems engineering in an Agile environment and participating in major technical reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR).

Responsibilities

• Establish a highly customized functional and physical system design with program leads.
• Perform system architecture analysis using Cameo and MBSE tools.
• Evolve the MBSE strategy to align with scope and opportunities across the program.
• Support CDM design release streams across the product line.
• Model functional, logical, and behavioral architectures and ensure flow-down to lower specs.
• Participate in Integrated Product Teams with cross-functional and customer interfaces.
