Lockheed Martin in Orlando seeks a Director for TLS Capture and Advanced Concepts Strategy and Business Development to lead capture management and advanced concepts across the TLS line of business. You will oversee strategy, staff, and cross-functional teams to win future capabilities for our customers.

You will recruit and develop talent, interface with customers, and drive CRAD opportunities and campaigns while meeting financial and operational commitments in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Proven success in leading competitive capture of R&D and future opportunities.
• Experience leading senior level talent in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to form high performing cross-functional teams.
• Strong relationships with customers, industry partners, and across the LM enterprise.
• Ability to communicate clear and actionable strategies at unit and pursuit levels.
