Pearl is hiring a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to lead growth strategy for Fount and other professional-services products. You will own channel mix, analytics, and cross-functional execution with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.

You will design the growth playbook, optimize paid and organic acquisition, and drive revenue through qualified customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Formación

• Experience building B2P growth or demand generation programs tied to qualified pipeline and revenue.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment.
• Ability to work across acquisition, content, conversion, lifecycle and automation, product marketing, and Sales enablement.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and operate the channel mix across paid search and social, organic and AI-answer visibility, partnerships, webinars and events.
• Build growth playbook and shape go-to-market for Pearl's products.
• Own growth methods and performance across initiatives for Fount and other products.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Analytics, Finance, Legal, and creative teams.
