Job summary

Pearl is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to own growth methods for Fount and Pearl’s professional products. You will shape strategy, lead multi‑channel demand generation, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Analytics, and Finance to drive qualified customers and revenue.

This role requires hands‑on execution and ICP development, with a focus on building a scalable growth operating system and measurable impact for Pearl’s professional offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience building B2B growth or demand gen programs tied to pipeline and revenue.
• Hands-on HubSpot expertise across automation, CRM workflows, and reporting.
• Ability to work across acquisition, content, conversion, lifecycle and automation.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment with data-informed decision making.
• Capable of turning ambiguity into action and shipping impactful work.

Responsibilities

• Define growth strategy and buyer intelligence for Pearl's products.
• Plan and manage two-sided demand generation across channels.
• Create credible content and case studies to educate and convert.
• Own landing pages, tests, and CRO with clear hypotheses and thresholds.
• Build and govern the acquisition lifecycle and dashboards.
