Job summary

Amazon Relay Marketing is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to own the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of mechanisms that track and resolve carrier feedback. You will also manage the consolidated project list for the Relay Marketing team and provide leadership-ready updates.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, design scalable processes, build dashboards, and prepare materials for senior leadership reviews to raise operational effectiveness and drive timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable mechanisms to document, categorize, and track carrier feedback from intake through resolution.
• Develop dashboards and regular reporting for leadership visibility into health of carrier feedback pipeline.
• Own and maintain Relay Marketing team's consolidated project list with status, risks, and milestones across initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve team operations, automate, simplify, and scale processes.
