Job summary

Amazon Relay is seeking a results-driven Program Manager to own the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of mechanisms that track and drive resolution of carrier feedback from our Voice of Carrier channels. You will also manage the Relay Marketing team's consolidated project portfolio, ensuring visibility, accountability, and timely delivery across all workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable mechanisms to document, categorize, and track carrier feedback from intake through resolution.
• Own consolidated Relay Marketing project list and manage status, risks, and milestones across all active initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to surface trends, blockers, and health of the carrier feedback pipeline for leadership.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership reviews with crisp narratives and actionable insights.
