Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable mechanisms to document, categorize, and track carrier feedback from intake through resolution.
• Develop dashboards and reporting showing health of the carrier feedback pipeline, trends, and root causes.
• Own and maintain Relay Marketing team's consolidated project list with status, risks, and milestones.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations, automate, and prepare leadership materials with crisp narratives and actionable insights.
