Pearl seeks a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to own growth methods and performance across Fount and related products for professionals. You will drive qualified demand, revenue, and learning from experiments while shaping what to build next.

This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the VP and partnering with Sales, CS, Product, Analytics, and Finance. You will lead two-sided demand generation, content, landing page experiments, and product-marketing enablement, with a focus on

Qualificações

• Experience building B2B growth or demand gen programs tied to qualified pipeline and revenue.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience across marketing automation, CRM workflows, and reporting.
• Ability to work across acquisition, content, conversion, lifecycle and automation, in lean environments.

Responsabilidades

• Define growth strategy and market insights to guide ICPs, messaging, and pricing hypotheses.
• Plan and operate channel mix across paid, organic, partnerships, events, and product-led growth.
• Create credible content and case studies to educate and convert independent professionals.
• Own landing pages, tests, and CRO with rapid iteration and strong evidence.
• Build and govern acquisition lifecycle: data, forms, routing, scoring, nurture, dashboards.
• Turn customer evidence into narratives for launches, assets, and sales enablement.
• Connect data sources to measure opportunities, payments, retention, and expansion.
• Maintain growth roadmap, calendar, budgets, and playbooks; ship priority work with AI.
