Job summary

Pearl is hiring a Senior Manager of Growth Marketing to lead two-sided demand generation for Fount and other professional products. You will shape growth strategy, build ICPs, and drive revenue by integrating content, paid and organic channels, and product marketing with Sales enablement.

You will own HubSpot architecture, lifecycle management, and conversion experiments while collaborating with Sales, Analytics, Finance, and Legal to establish scalable growth playbooks.

Qualifications

• Experience building B2B growth programs tied to pipeline and revenue.
• Advanced, hands-on HubSpot experience across marketing automation, CRM workflows, Sales handoffs, and reporting.
• Ability to work across acquisition, content, conversion, lifecycle and automation, product marketing, and Sales enablement—and to execute priority work yourself in a lean environment.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment. You can work with incomplete data and assess whether growth is producing valuable customers, not just more leads.
• Zero-to-one operating ability: you turn ambiguity into action, ship useful work quickly, learn from evidence, recover constructively when experiments fail, and influence business leaders without formal authority.
• Clear, persuasive writing and communication, plus the judgment to make complex ideas useful to busy professionals.

Responsibilities

• Grow strategy and customer intelligence; define ICPs, positioning, offers, pricing hypotheses, and channel priorities.
• Plan and operate the channel mix across paid search, social, organic and AI visibility, partnerships, webinars and events.
• Create and distribute credible articles, guides, case studies, webinars, and practitioner education to help independent professionals.
• Own landing pages, forms, tests, and CRO with defined hypotheses and budgets.
• Build and govern the acquisition lifecycle in HubSpot: properties, forms, routing, scoring, nurtures, dashboards, and attribution.
• Turn customer evidence into compelling product narratives, launch plans, and sales enablement assets.
• Maintain a reusable growth operating system: roadmap, calendar, budgets, playbooks, and experiment logs.
