Pearl is hiring a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to drive growth across Fount and Pearl’s professional products. You will own strategies for demand generation, customer intelligence, and product-led growth, partnering with Sales, Product, Analytics, and Finance to scale revenue and user adoption.

You’ll build and optimize content, campaigns, and the HubSpot-based lifecycle, ensuring experiments are fast, data-driven, and aligned with business goals.

Qualificações

• Experience building B2B growth or demand generation tied to qualified pipeline and revenue.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience with marketing automation, CRM workflows, and reporting.
• Ability to work across acquisition, content, conversion, lifecycle, product marketing, and Sales enablement.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment with data-driven decision making.
• Proactive, autonomous operator able to ship work in lean environments.

Responsabilidades

• Growth strategy and customer intelligence to shape ICPs and positioning.
• Manage two-sided demand generation across paid/search, organic, partnerships, events, referrals, and product-led acquisition.
• Create credible content: articles, guides, case studies, webinars, education.
• Own landing pages, forms, CRO, and experimentation with clear hypotheses and budgets.
• Build HubSpot architecture: data model, forms, enrichment, routing, dashboards, attribution.
• Product marketing and Sales enablement materials for sellers.
• Analyze closed-loop growth metrics with CS for retention and expansion.
• Maintain growth operating system: roadmap, calendar, budgets, playbooks.
