Job summary

Pearl is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to lead growth methods across Fount and other growth-stage products. You’ll own demand generation, content, and analytics, partnering with Sales, Product, Analytics to drive qualified opportunities and revenue.

You’ll build a scalable growth operating system, optimize landing experiences, and use HubSpot to orchestrate campaigns, measure results, and iterate quickly in a lean environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building B2B growth or demand gen programs tied to qualified pipeline.
• Advanced HubSpot experience across marketing automation, CRM workflows, and reporting.
• Ability to work across acquisition, content, conversion, lifecycle and automation, product marketing, and Sales enablement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and operate the channel mix across paid search and social, organic and AI-answer visibility, partnerships, webinars and events, referrals, executive/SME thought leadership, outbound support, and product-led acquisition.
• Create and distribute credible articles, guides, customer proof, case studies, webinars, lifecycle content, and practitioner education that help independent professionals understand the problem, take action, and succeed after they buy.
• Own landing pages, forms, conversion paths, tests, and CRO with clear hypotheses, budgets, and success thresholds.
• Build and govern the acquisition lifecycle in HubSpot: data model, properties, segmentation, forms, enrichment, routing, scoring, nurture, dashboards, attribution, and data quality.
