Abridge in New York, NY is seeking a Staff Growth Marketer to own our product-led growth motion and lead paid marketing across channels. This senior role focuses on turning clinicians into daily users, connecting usage to enterprise opportunities, and coaching the marketing team to raise the bar.

You will partner with Product, Data, and Sales to optimize activation, retention, and expansion while building AI-enabled workflows and dashboards for measurement and improvement.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in growth marketing, including 4+ years PLG at a high-growth software company.
• Proven ability to move activation, conversion, or retention at scale.
• Strong experimentation across channels with scalable playbooks.
• Experience running paid programs and owning budgets.
• B2B/B2C instincts in a B2B setting.
• Comfort using AI tools to speed up work.
• Low ego, high standards and collaborative mindset.

Aufgaben

• Define the PLG roadmap and align it with company growth goals.
• Own the end-user funnel from first touch to habitual use.
• Run high-velocity experimentation across channels.
• Manage paid marketing across paid social, search, programmatic, and OOH.
• Link bottoms-up adoption to enterprise pipeline with Sales/RevOps.
• Build activation and retention metrics and dashboards.
• Advise on growth strategy for the marketing team and broader org.
