Job summary

Arena Intelligence, Inc. is seeking a senior growth marketer to define and drive growth for products and lines of business. This high-ownership role demands strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and hands-on execution to scale programs across channels and audiences.

You'll own growth KPIs, partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing, and translate business priorities into integrated growth strategies. Strong experience in PLG, SEO, paid, and experimentation is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth marketing or similar analytical growth roles.
• Proven track record of owning growth goals and improving acquisition, activation, engagement, conversion, retention or revenue.
• Experience turning opportunities into strategy, execution, measurement, and scaling.
• Strong understanding of LTV, retention, monetization, and unit economics.

Responsibilities

• Identify, build, and scale growth programs across Arena’s products and lines of business.
• Apply data-driven thinking and experimental design to understand growth drivers and inform investment.
• Own growth initiatives end-to-end: opportunity, KPI, hypothesis, campaigns, experiments, analysis, scaling.
• Build growth strategies across channels including SEO, email, paid, web, programmatic, PLG, AI-native distribution.
• Own campaign KPIs and establish measurement frameworks for incremental impact.
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to ship experiences and scalable growth systems.
• Develop strategies for reaching Arena’s audiences including consumers, developers, researchers, AI labs, and enterprises.
• Translate priorities into integrated growth strategies across channels, not in isolation.
• Build repeatable growth systems and processes to scale experiments and campaigns.
• Communicate growth strategy and insights clearly to cross-functional partners and senior leadership.
• Balance strategic judgment with hands-on execution to ship ideas.
