Job summary

Arena Intelligence, Inc. is seeking a senior growth marketer to define and drive growth across products and lines of business. This high-ownership role requires strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and hands-on execution to ship growth programs that move KPIs.

You'll own growth initiatives end-to-end across channels (SEO, paid, email, web, PLG) and partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to turn opportunities into scalable experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth marketing or analytics
• Proven track record of growth outcomes
• Experience turning opportunities into experiments
• Strong understanding of LTV and monetization
• Accountable for KPI outcomes

Responsibilities

• Identify, build, and scale growth programs
• Apply data-driven thinking to growth drivers
• Own end-to-end growth initiatives from hypothesis to scale
• Manage strategies across channels: SEO, email, paid, web
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing
• Develop strategies for distinct audiences
• Translate priorities into integrated growth plans
• Build repeatable growth systems
• Communicate strategy to leadership
• Write, analyze, QA, launch, and iterate when needed
