Job summary

Arena Intelligence is seeking a senior Growth Marketer in New York to define and drive growth for our AI-enabled products and lines of business. You will own high-impact growth programs from hypothesis through execution, collaborating with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to ship scalable growth systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, product growth, performance marketing, or similar analytical growth role.
• Proven track record of owning growth goals and driving measurable improvements.
• Experience taking growth initiatives from opportunity through execution, experimentation, measurement, and scaling.
• Strong understanding of LTV, retention, monetization, and unit economics.

Responsibilities

• Identify, build, and scale growth programs across Arena's products and lines of business.
• Apply data-driven thinking and experimental design to understand growth drivers and inform investments.
• Own growth initiatives end-to-end: opportunity, KPI, strategy, hypotheses, campaigns, analysis, and scaling.
• Build growth strategies across channels including SEO/AEO, email, paid acquisition, web, PLG, and programmatic growth.
• Communicate growth strategy, performance, insights, and recommendations to cross-functional partners and senior leadership.
